Sensa Support

Sensa — an application for self-reflection and emotional awareness

How to Reach Us

If you have a question about the app, something is not working as expected, or you would like to share a suggestion — please get in touch.

Email: support.sensa@gigolaev.com

We reply within a few business days. You are welcome to write in English, Russian or Georgian.

Questions about personal data, exporting your entries, or account deletion are best sent to a separate address: privacy.sensa@gigolaev.com.

What to Include

To help us sort it out faster, please include:

  • your device model and iOS version;
  • the app version — you will find it under Settings → About Sensa;
  • what happened and what you were doing beforehand;
  • a screenshot, if the problem is visible on screen.

Common Questions

Where do I find the app version

Open Settings → About Sensa. The version and build number are shown there — they tell us exactly which release you are using.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose password recovery and enter the address your account is registered to. We will send you an email with a link to set a new password.

Why are my photos missing on another device

Photos and your profile picture are kept only on the device where you added them: they are never uploaded to the cloud and never synchronised. Entry text, mood, emotions and coping cards do synchronise between devices when you are signed in. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account

You can delete your account in the profile settings. This cannot be undone: local data is wiped from the device immediately, and a server function removes your entire section of the database along with entries, coping cards, practice history and settings.
